Iupui housing and residence life is here to support you in your on campus life. Approximately 325 first year students reside in our single double and triple rooms in this building.

The facility is made up of double and triple rooms randomly assigned and offers you quick access to two dining options located on the first and second floor of the residence hall. As you share the same spaces and experiences the connections you ll make lead to lifetime friends who have your back and share your wins dreams and memories. Open to any iupui student from freshmen to graduate students north hall offers single rooms single with bathrooms and double rooms to 400 students. University tower is exclusively for first year students.

Meal plans are available to all iupui students regardless of whether they live on or off campus. You will receive priority consideration for on campus housing if you apply by march 15.
